Deborah Cassin, RE, CPE is a graduate of the Eleanor F. Roberts Institute of Electrology and has been a registered electrologist since 1976. She began her career in her Aunt's practice and took over the family business from her Aunt Rita S. Pelletier in 1980. She is a Nationally Board Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) which requires 75 hours of continuing education certification credits to be accrued over a 5-year period.
Deborah has been a member of the American Electrology Association (AEA) and the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists (MAE) since becoming licensed. She has held the offices of President, Vice President and Newsletter Editor of the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists, and she is currently serving a third term as Treasurer of the American Electrology Association, dedicating her personal time to ensure the highest standards for her profession.
As President of MAE, she initiated and oversaw the production of a television commercial which continues to air. In addition, a radio advertisement was produced and heard on many local radio stations at the time. These were designed to benefit the Association and its individual members. Her responsibilities also included finding and contacting lecturers and scheduling and planning all MAE seminars and meeting events.
Along with other members of the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists, she has participated in getting legislation enacted to protect consumers which requires all electrologists to accrue 10 hours of continuing education every 2 years, and changes in Massachusetts rules and regulations to increase standards of practice for electrologists.
In 1992 Deborah became a licensed electrology instructor and was on staff at EINE in Tewksbury MA from 1992 - 2006. Her responsibilities have included all aspects of clinical and classroom theory instruction for electrology students and advanced training and refresher courses for licensed electrologists. In May 2007 she was approved by the state of Massachusetts to provide lectures and training for continuing education units which are valid anywhere AEA credit is accepted. She has ongoing classes in several locations and will add classes as appropriate. Classes are available throughout the New England area, including on site personal training at your office or hers.
Deborah also holds certifications in IPL/Laser hair removal, makeup application, color analysis, and permanent cosmetics.
Throughout her years in business, she has attended many continuing education seminars and conferences and has lectured to other electrologists in Massachusetts and throughout the United States. Alisha Callahan RE, is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England and has been a Registered Electrologist since 2011. Upon graduating she joined the family business and began working full time with her Aunt Deb.
Alisha is a member of the American Electrology Association (AEA) and the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists (MAE) and has been since she became licensed.
Alisha also holds her license in cosmetology in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire which requires her to have 1,500 hours of education including Esthetics. Alisha also holds a certification in makeup application and has been perfecting the art of eyebrow shaping since 2008. Alisha is Certified in IPL/Laser hair removal.
As a Registered Electrologist, she is required to have 10 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU's) every 2 years. This includes the education on the subject of Sterilization and Infectious Disease Update, as well as a Certification of Achievement in an Adult and Infant CPR and AED course by the American Heart Association.

Nisrene Pelland has been an electrologist since 2004. She graduated from the prestigious EINE institute in Tewksbury, MA. She also holds a license in cosmetology. She is an expert at eyebrow shaping. She is constantly attending seminars and continuing education classes to better further her career and to keep up with the latest and greatest electrology equipment.
